Massimiliano Di Luca. Max Di Luca, Di Luca Massimiliano. DiLuca

I am lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Birmingham. I’m working in the newly established research centre for Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics.

I received the Laurea in Psychology from the University of Trieste in 2000 and the PhD in Cognitive Science from Brown University in 2006. Afterwards, I was postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics.

My research goal is to understand how human sensory processing works. I investigate how the brain combines and uses multisensory information for perception and action. I am especially interested in capturing the temporal properties of multisensory processing to model how they influence perception.

Find more information about my research on this page.
